    LeadGenPro, a sole proprietorship, is a B2B lead generation platform that processes business contact information. We are committed to protecting Your privacy and the privacy of the business professionals whose information may be processed through our Service.

    • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company, including but not limited to Apify (data scraping), Paddle (payments), and AI providers (OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini 3.1 Flash, Google Gemini).
    • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

    • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

    • Business locations (city, state, country)
    • AI-generated insights (pain points, recommendations)

    Usage Data

    Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

    Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, search queries performed, leads exported, credits consumed, and other diagnostic data.

    When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

    • To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other features, services and events which we offer.
    • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us, including support inquiries.
    • For AI processing: To generate strategic insights, pain points, product recommendations, and personalized icebreakers for leads using AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini 3.1 Flash, Google).
    • For email verification: To verify the accuracy and deliverability of business email addresses using third-party verification services.
    • For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer.
    • For other purposes: We may use Your information for data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and improving our Service.

    We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

    • With Service Providers: We share data with Apify (for lead scraping and email verification), Paddle (for payment processing), OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini 3.1 Flash and Google Gemini (for AI insights), ZeroBounce and Hunter (for email verification), and Supabase (for data storage).
    • For integrations: When You configure webhook integrations or CRM exports, lead data is shared with the destinations You specify (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, n8n).
    • For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger or sale of Company assets.
    • With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
    • With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

    Third-Party Services

    Our Service integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

    Apify

    Purpose: Real-time data scraping for lead generation from LinkedIn and company websites.

    Paddle

    Purpose: Payment processing, subscription management, and billing. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record.

    OpenAI, Google Gemini 3.1 Flash & Google Gemini

    Purpose: AI-powered analysis to generate strategic insights, pain points, and personalized icebreakers for leads.

    Email Verification Providers

    Purpose: Apify, ZeroBounce, and Hunter are used to verify email address accuracy and deliverability.

    Supabase

    Purpose: Secure PostgreSQL database hosting for storing user accounts, lead data, and search history.

    Firebase

    Purpose: Web application hosting and deployment.

    Google Gmail (OAuth)

    Purpose: Sending outreach emails directly from the user's Gmail account on their behalf.

    • • We request only the gmail.send scope. We do not read, store, modify, or access any email content, labels, message bodies, or inbox metadata.
    • • Every email send is explicitly triggered by the user from the LeadGenPro dashboard. We never send emails autonomously.
    • • Sent emails appear in the user's Gmail Sent folder as if sent directly from Gmail.
    • • OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties.
    • • Users can disconnect their Gmail account at any time from the LeadGenPro dashboard, or by revoking access via their Google Account settings. Upon disconnection, all stored OAuth tokens are permanently deleted.
    • • LeadGenPro's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
    • LeadGenPro does not provide email warming services for Google accounts. Our "Safe Ramp-up" feature is strictly a protective sending-limit mechanism designed to prevent accidental rate-limiting, and does not involve sending simulated or fake traffic.

    Retention of Your Personal Data

    The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

    Lead Data that You search for and enrich is retained in Your account for as long as Your account remains active. You may delete individual leads or entire search results at any time.

    Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

    When You delete Your account, We will delete Your Personal Data and Lead Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

    Transfer of Your Personal Data

    Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This includes servers in the United States and European Union.

    Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

    The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

    Delete Your Personal Data

    You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

    Our Service gives You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service:

    • Delete individual leads or entire search results from Your history
    • Delete saved searches and List Watch configurations
    • Update or delete Your account information in Settings
    • Request complete account deletion by contacting Us

    You may also contact Us at privacy@leadgenpro.tech to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

    Please note that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

    Disclosure of Your Personal Data

    Business Transactions

    If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

    Law Enforcement
